Eating, having drinks and partying in the comfort of your own home is becoming increasingly popular. We’re happy to take care of all the organising at your venue, so you can make the most of the day.

Drawing on our many years’ experience in organising parties, celebrations and weddings at our own venue, we would also be delighted to organise these events for our guests at a venue of their choice.

The options vary widely; these include an on-site buffet or barbecue, but a walking dinner, where guests eat whilst mingling, is also a possibility.

Finally, we can also organise your wedding at home. This could involve a wedding in a venue of your choice, with Garnwerd aan Zee taking care of absolutely everything.

How does this work?

Are you interested in a wedding at a venue organised entirely by Garnwerd aan Zee? Once we’ve made initial contact, we’d be happy to pop round, discuss your wishes and work with you to explore the options. 

Based on the discussion, we will draw up a suitable quotation. Once this quotation has been prepared, we will stay in touch, and if you choose Garnwerd aan Zee, a follow-up meeting will be scheduled to finalise the practical details of the day. 

In a final meeting following the agreed plan for your day, we’ll discuss matters such as deliveries, set-up times and minor details like electricity and storage space, so as not to leave anything to chance.

Food

Catering at the venue can be arranged in various ways, such as a barbecue, a large buffet or a standing reception. The details can be finalised during a meeting with one of our event planners. In addition to the catering, Garnwerd aan Zee can also provide staff and décor/props for your event.

Drinking

At events such as parties, weddings and dinners, drinks are an essential part of the line-up. Garnwerd aan Zee can take care of everything for you here too. With a mobile tap and all the necessary accessories, no one at your party will go home thirsty.
